CLUB IDEAL - Points
Unfortunately, you cannot earn points for purchases made before you became a member of CLUB IDEAL or before the membership program was launched. Points start accumulating from the date of your registration.
For every 1,000 points you earn, you will receive a voucher worth 5 EUR, which you can use for your next purchase. Your vouchers will be activated at checkout.
Log in to your account via the icon in the upper right corner of the website and scroll down to the "Points History" section.
Your points will appear in your points history 15 minutes after your purchase. They will remain in "Pending" status for 30 days before being added to your balance.
Your points are stored in your account until you have accumulated 1,000 points. At that point, the points will automatically be converted into a voucher worth 5 EUR, which is then valid for 6 months. If you haven’t been active for at least 2 years, we will contact you via email to give you the opportunity to reactivate your account and retain your points. If you remain inactive after this, your account will be deleted.
If you return a product, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account as soon as the return is approved. You can view this in your Points History.
CLUB IDEAL - Vouchers
You can earn up to 3 vouchers at a time.
A voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is created. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you!
If you have received a welcome voucher worth 2,5 EUR, it is valid until 2024-12-31.
Once you've earned 1,000 points, they will be converted into a voucher worth €5. This voucher will appear at the end of the month, and you will receive an email from us notifying you that it is ready for use.
You will find the voucher in your account under "YOUR VOUCHERS".
Yes, you can! At checkout, you choose how many of your earned vouchers you want to use.
You can earn up to 3 vouchers at a time.
Yes, you can use your vouchers on our entire range, including discounted items and Outlet.
A used voucher, as well as the points spent to receive it, will not be refunded when a return is made.

If you wish to unsubscribe from newsletters and SMS but remain a member of CLUB IDEAL, you can easily unsubscribe through the communication we send.
To fully cancel your membership and be deleted from our database, email or chat with us by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner. When you cancel your membership, you will also be unsubscribed from our newsletters and other communication. Please note that your points and any earned vouchers will be lost.
